Rob has been on the transaction side of the real estate business since 1998 when he started his law career with Frazier & Frazier Attorneys at Law, PA, in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended University of Florida for his undergraduate degree and for law school. He earned a masters in tax law (L.L.M. Tax) from Boston University.
In 2008, Rob joined Advance Mortgage & Investment Company, Inc. and moved his family back to his home town of Pensacola.
Rob is currently licensed as a real estate sales associate and lawyer in the State of Florida and also carries a loan officer license in multiple states.

Carrie Williams is the Alabama Coast specialist of the Rushing Partners team and brings with her over three years of Real Estate experience. She loves the beach life and lives locally in Orange Beach, Alabama with her family. Carrie has extensive experience along the Alabama and Florida coast and a great understanding of the Gulf Coast area. She can answer questions you may have about condos, possible rental projections, family homes, and Gulf Coast living.
